11TH INTERNATIONAL PUŁAWY &VIOLIN COMPETITION

The Tadeusz Wroński Foundation for Violin announces the 11th International Puławy & Violin Competition, which will be held on August 7-9, 2026 in Puławy. The competition is open to violinists of all nationalities. The event will be held in three age categories: group I – primary school students up to 14 years of age, group II – school and high school students up to 19 years of age. Group III – students and graduates until 35yers. Of ages. All groups will present their skills during three stages of auditions. A total prize pool is of approx. PLN 25,000, including the Grand Prix of the Competition, which will be a master violin, made especially for this Competition by an outstanding Polish violin maker – Michał Różak. The final distribution of all prizes and distinctions will be made by the international jury of the competition chaired by Professor Sławomir Tomasik. The event is combined with the 11th International Festival Meeting the Master and the 11th International Tadeusz Wroński Master Course https://fundacjaskrzypce.pl/kursy-w-pulawach/11th-international-tadeusz-wronski-master-course-pulawy/ The jurors will be concerting violinists from Poland and abroad, winners of international violin and phonographic competitions. These virtuosos will also be a lecturers of master classes during the Course.
