5TH INTERNATIONAL „PAGANINI IN PUŁAWY”
VIOLIN COMPETITION

The Tadeusz Wroński Foundation for the Violin, The Romuald Twardowski Elementary Music School in Puławy and The 1st Prince Adam Czartoryski High School in Puławy invite you to the 5th International „Paganini in Puławy” Violin Competition, which will be held on February 25-26, 2026 in Puławy. The competition is open to violinists of all nationalities. The auditions and Winner Concert will be held at the Elementary Music School concert hall in Puławy. The competition will be held in three age categories: group I – primary school students up to 14 years old, group II – secondary school students up to 19 years old. Group III – students and graduates (without limit of ages). The Grand Prix of the Competition will be a master bow made by an outstanding Polish violin maker living in France, Mrs. Magdalena Sapeta http://magdalenasapeta.com/ , who will make a bow for this Competition. The additional Stanisław Santor Prize – 1000 PLN founded by Madame Irena Santor for most promising violinist of the Competition. The final distribution of all prizes and awards will be made by the international jury of the competition chaired by prof. Sławomir Tomasik. The jurors will be violinists performing concerts from Poland and abroad, winners of international violin and phonographic competitions. Deadline of applications – 01.02.2026. These virtuosos will also be lecturers at the 6th Winter Master Course in Puławy and Violin, which will be held before the Competition. Under their supervision, young adepts from Poland and other countries will also be able to prepare for the 5th International “Paganini in Puławy” Competition.
